Aardvark Video has been working with conventions, trade shows and similar events for years. • Highlight Videos of the Show
  As mentioned above, often we are asked to put together a video to showcase the show with footage of the, venue booths, crowds, interviews, testimonials and more designed to encourage future attendees and exhibitors.
• Value Added to the Show
  Many times the show will ask us to be a resource for their exhibitors to conduct product demos, interviews, live streaming, social media updates and more. This gives the show a one-stop source for anything video their exhibitors or they may need.
• Time Lapse Video
  We often get requests for time-lapse video. It captures the construction, activity and huge crowds that come together for a trade show.
• Show Events
  Many times a show will stage off floor events such as pool parties, award galas, etc,; sometimes even away from the show venue where we produce a video that can be incorporated in the highlight reel or produced separately.
• Keynotes
  Often prepared before the show, recorded keynote messages and preparation of videos of people that can’t be there give the show an opportunity to set the message and tone.

Trade Show Exhibitors

Exhibiting at a trade show or similar event often comes at a hefty cost, and you want to maximize your sales and ROI during this short event to make the entire effort worthwhile. Similar to working directly with show organizers, some of what we do for show exhibitors can be: booth highlight videos, interviews, product demos, time-lapse, social media videos and much more.
